RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Las Girls & Co. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free exchange policy has you covered. Although we do not provide refunds, we do provide the opportunity to exchange your item for another one. We believe in making the process easy and straightforward, so you can shop with peace of mind at our store.

 

All Exchanges must be returned within 7 days of delivery day. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original packaging and condition in order to be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges will be processed once the return is received and inspected in our premises. Once processed, an email will be sent confirming the exchange.

NOTE: Due to sanitary guidelines, earrings are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. All Custom Items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sales items are also NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.​

If you need to exchange an item contact us via email at contact@lasgirlsandco.com and title the Subject Line of your e-mail “EXCHANGE” followed by your order number. In the body please include the reason for your exchange and the item you are interested in exchanging it for.
