SHIPPING POLICY

At Las Girls & Co, we take pride in our shipping policy. We strive to provide clear and transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be handled with care and delivered promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

At Las Girls & Co we receive and process all orders from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Domestic orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are automatically applied to your order during CheckOut. We kindly suggest that you verify the address entered and confirm is correct when placing your order, to avoid returned packages and extra shipping fees.

Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier, USPS, we cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package, but it can be traced with the tracking number provided.

When your order is placed and processed for shipping, you will receive an e-mail with notifications for:

  • Tracking number

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

If you haven't received any shipping notifications 5 days after placing your order, or if you have any other questions related to your order please contact us via e-mail at contact@lasgirlsandco.com 

PACKAGES STOLEN,
LOST OR DAMAGED

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting. However, pleas be advised that Las Girls & Co is not held responsible once the packages are shipped and in USPS possession.

Once an orders is picked up by the mailing carrier, USPS, it is now their responsibility to safely deliver it to the customer. If a package is not received, but appears as DELIVERED in the USPS system, to the shipping address provided during CheckOut, the customer should reach out to USPS directly. Keep in mind full Tracking Info is provided for you.

 

Last. Girls & Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our shipping facilities.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at contact@lasgirlsandco.com, title the subject of your e-mail “DAMAGED” followed by your order number. Please provide us with full clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review. Once received we will confirm via email to provide you the return or exchange,

Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order, this will diminish the possibility of any shipping complications. If the package is returned to our office due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
